strength, creating a rugged tray that has a five year warranty against breakage. Two
thick reinforcing fiberglass core mats increase strength and chemical resistance &

1. Any shape or size can be personalized or provided in a custom colour.
2. All orders subject to shipment of plus or minus 10% of the quantity ordered.
3. Requests for more than one sample, or for samples without firm purchase order, will be charged e75.00 net
for first colour, or custom colour, and e25.00 net for each additional colour.
4. Final order will be produced when Carlisle is supplied with written approval of sample submitted.
5. If camera-ready art supplied is not satisfactory for quality reproduction, Carlisle will quote artwork charges
necessary to improve artwork.
note: Art should be original and NOT photo copy or rough drawing. (Cost of new art will be quoted separately.)
6. A minimum order of 144 trays is required for custom colours or heat transfer.
7. Custom decorated and custom colour products are not accepted for exchange or refund.
8. Fiberglass trays are available in full case packs only.
9. One-time film charge of e15.00 Net Price per colour for image sizes up to 216mm x 280mm. Additional
charges will apply for images over 216mm x 280mm.

Camera-ready artwork is required for ALL imprinting. Camera-ready
art is defined as a sharp black and white image enlarged or reduced to
proper size, ready for reproduction. Artwork must be clean with clear,
crisp detail. Camera-ready artwork DOES NOT INCLUDE business cards,
letterhead, or faxed-in logos. Artwork can also be sent on a CD, USB,
or e-mailed to (call to get email address). Digital artwork must be high
resolution 300 dpi in an eps or tiff format. Artwork should be sent in the
original format in which it was created. Artwork must also be properly
separated when more than one colour is used.
note: Logo colours must be darker than base tray colour.
